I truly enjoy the beauty and the peacefulness that the Foothills offer. Growing up in Tucson I was raised in the suburb of Oro Valley at the base of the Catalina Mountains in the Foothills of Tucson, so building a home in the Foothills of Yuma just made sense. It reminds me so much of the neighborhood I grew up in.  It is the kind of community you want to raise your kids in, but would feel blessed to own a second home or retire in, tooBesides our fantastic Golf courses, Lakes, Rivers and Sand Dunes, one of the best things about Yuma is that it is in the middle of everything. There is never a shortage of things to do or places to see. You are a only day trip away from Beaches, Mountains for hiking or skiing and just about any other activity you can think of!
