We used Steve and Marcy first as Landlords as we rented our previous home from them and then to purchase our first home. They were excellent as both landlords and real estate agents not putting pressure on us and being flexible to look at several homes. Once we found the one we wanted they were great at putting up with the 12 million questions, concerns and worries that a first time home buyer experiences. They helped manage the process from start of search to the final signing which for first time home buyers is extremely comforting and helpful. One aspect we found really reassuring was that they didn't put pressure on us to vacate their rental, even when we had signed a contract on a new home and they had potential renters waiting.They ensured us that if something fell threw in the closing that we would not be evicted. They're willingness to treat people the right way and commitment to their customers is a big reason we recommend them to everyone.

From the very beginning of our relationship with Steve and Marcy, they had a serving attitude toward us the customer. Steve spent four days driving us to at least six homes each time doing what was necessary to find us our new home. He stayed in touch with us during the loan processing, keeping in contact with the lending agent on our behalf. Steve couldn't have done his excellent job if Marcy had not been in the background doing the support work of looking up addresses and disclosures and waiting patiently for Steve to finish with us. We've worked with several other realtors in different states, and our experience with Steve and Marcy has been the best by far. Steve took the time to get to know us and never tried to push a home on us. Steve is undoubtedly the best realtor that my wife and I have ever used. Should there ever be the need for another home, Steve will be our first call.

I have been looking for a house since October of last year..
I had a VA loan which has a lot of specifics on what you can and cannot buy.
Steve was awesome about explaining his experiences with VA loans, and made my experience a positive one!
When my financing hit some rough patches, he gave me the names of three other places I could contact, which I did. I got a better deal than what I had.
Steve and Marcy worked hard to make sure that I got what I wanted, and didn't settle for something that I wouldn't be happy with.
Steve was completely honest and forthright about what the differences between “short sales”, “foreclosures” “HUD” and straight forward
sales of homes were.
When I finally decided on a house that was a short sale, Steve was up front about the pros and cons of the process.
He explained what it would take if I decided to follow through with the "short sale" process.
Short sales are not for the faint of heart. Thankfully, since Steve had told me what to expect, I had an idea of what
the process entailed so I was not horribly ill prepared.
During the SIX MONTH process, Steve kept me informed anytime he had updates, and was always pleasant when I had questions.
I now have the house I have always dreamed of.
I would definitely recommend Steve and Marcy to anyone looking for a home.
Steve has been so great helping us find homes. I'm sure in time we will find what we want. Marcy is also equally great in finding out info. on homes we have been interested in. We couldn't ask for anything more. We were especially so impressed with a home we were wanting to buy with a contract, but unfortunatately had extensive termite damage and we had to back off it. He immediately met me the next morning to fill out papers to get downpayment back and turned in as soon as possible. So thankful to him. We are still looking and will be working with Steve and Marcy.
