Steve is an exceptional realtor. He and Marcy were always available to show us houses no matter how spur of the moment I called or emailed. He was responsive and knowledgable. He would have all information about the properties that he showed us. I would highly recommend Steve and Marcy Wilson to anyone buying or selling a home. We love our house!

Steve was very knowledgeable of the area and helped us to buy our first home. As long as we are in the Tulsa area, we will never use another realtor. Have already given out his name to a few co-workers who are home shopping, so that should say enough right there!!

Husband and I were looking to get our first house, and we had eliminated HUD homes from our List because the credit union we were preapproved through couldn't handle them. Steve explained the process to us and recommended we talk to a different bank and gave us a number to call.

Steve then showed us a series of HUD homes in our ideal neighborhood and we managed to get an awesome deal on a house in South Tulsa. A neighborhood we never thought we could afford. He even went the extra mile and gave us a list of contacts to call that could help us with the very minimal amount of TLC the house needed. Every single person he put us in contact with were wonderful and Steve always gave a sense that helping us get our home was as big a deal for him as it was for us.

He even called us a few months after to make sure we were happy with the help his contacts gave us. Happy successful first time home owners here!!!

Steve and Marcy have sold out house in South Tulsa. We loved working with them because Steve was very knowledgeable about the housing market in our area. Even though we sold in a down market we made a nice profit on our house. Zion provided beautiful hand outs and the sign they placed in our yard stood out because it matched the neighborhood so well and looked very nice and high end. Steve hosted many open houses for us and he was always dressed very professional in Zion attire.

When we had to leave the state to move up North Steve made sure the house was kept up in great shape and didn't get that 'empty house' smell en feel. While I got hyper about getting our house sold I would call/email Marcy a lot of times but she was never annoyed with me and always so friendly, cordial and knowledgeable about what to expect in the process.

We would highly recommend Zion and if we would ever move back to the Tulsa area again we we no doubt be happy to use their services again!
