The time came to look for my new dream home and decided to check out Z-Team due to high concentration of advertising in the local newspaper. On Monday, I contacted one of the Z-Team's agents and explained to her that I am currently in a real estate agent shopping spree. I explained to the Z-Team's agent that I would like to interview few other agents and then decide which one of them is the most professional, customer oriented, and knows the real estate business best. After our brief conversation over the phone we decided to meet on Saturday but the agent would let me know the exact time by the end of the day on Monday. Few days passed and I did not receive a phone call; therefore, decided to call the agent myself. We spoke to Z-Team agent again and she admitted she forgot to call me back. This was the first sign of a bad customer service but I decided to let this mistake go and gave another chance to meet on Saturday. The agent informed me she was not sure about the exact meeting time and location due to busy schedule and would call me back on Saturday to confirm the meeting time and location. Saturday came but I did not receive a phone call; therefore, decided to call myself. When I called, we agreed to a specific time and location. Shortly after that, I left my house and was driving to the meeting and received a text from the agent saying she is busy and cannot meet me. She wished me good luck to find my dream house but without her help. I felt that I was played by Z-Teams agent this whole time but could not understand why. Therefore, I would not recommend Z-Team to anybody due to unprofessional and disrespectful actions (forgot, never called back; cancelled confirmed meeting) by one of the company's agents. Stay away!
