Hello!

I am a Residential Realtor specializing in helping sellers and buyers in the Denver Metro area. I live in the Highlands/Sloan's Lake neighborhood and have a passion for older homes. I also have expertise in the condo and loft buildings in and around Denver's core. In addition, I am an expert in helping home sellers get their homes sold for Top dollar. At the same time, I love educating first-time buyers as well as assisting seasoned buyers. All of that said I also work the entire Metro area, surrounding suburbs included.

There is no question the Denver Real Estate Market is a Dynamic One. There are so many changes going on: from Hi-Rise Condo Buildings to Transit-Oriented Housing and Retail Developments to New Home Communities. I strive hard to stay on top of what's happening now and what's happening next! Living in the Denver area for most of my life has afforded me the opportunity to know our city inside and out.

Bought a home in 2015 in Five Points, Denver, CO 80202.

I was a first time home buyer and Zac did a fantastic job taking the time and having great patience taking me through this process. He made me feel like I was his only client with his attention to detail and timely responses. I will definitely use him with my future selling/buying of any property.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $325K in Westminster, CO.

We were looking for a home in Denver, Colorado while still working in Hartford, Connecticut. It was challenging because most homes sold quickly. Zac was willing to spend a lot of time with us when we were available in Denver to look at homes and continued to send us the latest offerings when we were back in CT. Once we found a home to bid on, Zac was very professional and helped us through the Colorado process which was different from our previous real estate experiences. Zac was friendly and fun which made the experience less painful.
