Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $225K in Shore Acres, Saint Petersburg, FL.
Home buying and selling can always cause high emotion and stress. Working with a realtor who provides confident answers, clear information, and knowledgeable advice, tremendously eases the mind. From day one, it was evident working with Zach would provide the professional leadership necessary for obtaining desired goals.
From the beginning, we were looking for guidance in finding our perfect new home. We set out looking at anything that seemed within our budget and needs. Zach’s excellent listening skills and incredible attention to detail allowed him to watch our minds develop and learn exactly what we were looking for. Through his effective communication, we quickly trusted Zach immensely to inform us if a home was worth our time to visit.
In the end, Zach was able to achieve a contract at the goal price on the house for sale, as well as find us our perfect match. We made an offer on our now home within one hour of our first visit, and have been overjoyed in living there since. None of this would have happened, had we not met Zach.

Bought a home in 2013.
Zach is awesome! I was a first time home buyer and he was very patient, helpful and always answered my emails, calls or texts in a timely manner. He looked out for my best interest through the whole process. i would recommend him without hesitation. Thank you Zach! I love my new home.

The Selling Experience - Zach valued our property accurately and marketed it superbly with photographs that were staged to show off its best qualities. We are Overseas Owners and were concerned about the security of Unit during the sales process but we should have not been, Zach is diligent, dependable and honest and made us feel very comfortable with the whole process.
When an offer arrived Zach managed the negotiation process seamlessly and went the extra mile to ensure that financing issues were overcome. Without Zach on our side the sale would have probably fallen through but it didn’t and everything went exactly to plan. If you are serious about selling your property do yourself a HUGE favour and call Zach Zehnder!!!
