After graduating from the University of California Santa Barbara in 2004, I moved back to my home town in Modesto. During this time, I came back to work for my family business here at PMZ, working in the loan division in quality control. By the beginning of 2004, I had passed my DRE exam and received my California Real Estate Salesperson License to begin working to help people get home loans. After a number of months of training, I became a loan officer. I have been working in the business ever since.

Between 2005 and 2009, I attended the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, moving to Stockton and commuting to Sacramento. Here I learned the fundamentals of property, banking, and land use law. With the information that I am learning and my desire to help clients, I look forward to working with people to meet their home loan needs to buy a house for their families.

I have passed the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing Systems exams for both the national and state components. I am excited about the changes that are occurring and look forward to helping people overcome the many difficulties that we face. My goal is to provide people with the best service and to help people realize their dreams of home ownership and investment in real estate.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $325K in Riverbank, CA.

Paul saved the day when I thought the deal on our house was falling apart. I was working with another lender who assured me that everything was taken care of. We were underwriter approved for a conventional loan. The day before we were suppose to "close" they called to tell me they could not help us because they could not get mortgage insurance placed.

My wife was friends with Paul on Facebook and recommend me getting in touch with him. It goes without saying that I was irritated, stressed, and didn't trust much that anyone would tell me at that point after going through what we just had.

Paul was professional and clearly told me what he could do. He listened to our situation and didn't over promise anything. He said he would look in to a couple things and make some calls. He called me back within 30 minutes with a plan for what we could do. From that moment on everything happened just as he said it would.

It was refreshing to turn a bad situation into something that Paul was able to save for us. Going forward when it comes to a refi or qualifying for a new loan there will be only one person I call, and that is Paul.

Thanks again Paul for getting it done but more importantly clearly letting us know what would happen and making sure that is in fact what happened.

Sold a Single Family home in 2006 in Modesto, CA.

I have used Paul Zagaris' services several times and each has been an excellent experience. Most recently, Paul assisted me in refinancing my home. He also advised me on the best time of sell a property, helped me find a buyer and worked with me to assess the value of another property. Paul's service is great and highly recommended!  More Less
