Bought a Single Family home in 2008 in Modesto, CA.
My husband and I have used Paul's services on several occasions. His professionalism and ability to negotiate the "loan world" with ease is what keeps us coming back to him. He even helped our daughter with her first time home purchase experience. He made it as easy as possible...helping her understand the the process the entire way. Recently I ran across someone needing a loan agent on a Saturday. So I called Paul and he was more then happy to meet with them. From the beginning he told us what we need and when. He keep us update on or file. when you have question he always has the answer. It was great working with him because it was my first time buying and he told me upfront want was needed and he help me get it.I would truly recommend paul to anyone looking to by he will help you get into your quickly.
