My name is Zeta Cross. That's me, walking in The Wissahickon with my daughter and my dog!  I'm named after my Italian grandmother. She loved the outdoors and loved to garden. I help my buyers determine the true cost of owning a house. For instance, a house with little insulation and an old furnace will cost more to own every month than one with energy efficient upgrades. For my sellers, if they have made energy saving improvements, I emphasize the value of those improvements in the marketing of their homes.
