Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Manayunk, Philadelphia, PA.
We had such a great experience with Zeta. We have been looking for an investment property in the Manayunk area for years and everything seemed to fall through our fingers at the last minute. Enter Zeta, she brought a property to our attention that we hadn't even considered, worked a great deal for us and we are now the proud owners of a new solid investment property in Manayunk. We will definitely be using Zeta again. She was always available and was not a pushy sales type that drives me crazy, but she was also extremely assertive when it was time to be. We really enjoyed our experience with her. Thanks again for everything, Zeta!

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 in East Mount Airy, Philadelphia, PA.
Zeta is a very experienced realtor. If she could have her own slogan I would suggest Zeta knows houses, or Zeta is Real-estate. Lol. She is a wonderful charismatic person, what I enjoyed the most about doing business with her is that she is one of the most selfless person I have ever dealt with, she is in it for you, with nothing but your and your family's best interest is mind. I would recommend Zeta to anyone looking to do some business in the real estate market. I have already recommended Zeta to a few of my friends and coworkers who are looking to purchase their homes. Try Zeta, you will not regret it, your experience will be nothing short of spectacular, I know for sure you will have the best results. I wish they would record how long it took to write this review I know it was about a minute or less, I didn't have to think of things to say my experience was very memorable and I'd do it again in a heartbeat.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $500K in West Mount Airy, Philadelphia, PA.
Zeta is easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about real estate in Philadelphia, Montgomery and Bucks counties. She is friendly and professional with everyone. She works hard, and, in my case, was willing to show me over 30 houses before I found what I wanted. A good negotiator, and she will work with you closely throughout the entire process--looking, negotiating, inspecting, finding a mortgage and closing. She is also well-connected not only with other realtors, but with all the resources you will need to make your new house a home. Highly recommended!

Zeta is one of the most optimistic people I've ever met - very helpful, available and approachable. She is very knowledgeable about heating/cooling efficiency - green certified - which helps when looking at older homes. My deal fell through due to home inspection, but would highly recommend her to list home for sale, or as a buyer's agent.

She is always available when I need her. She is willing to put in time and I've seen her be very helpful to other clients as well. She got a good buyer for my friend's house but I personally have not found the house I'm looking for so all I know about is her willingness to show me many houses and give her knowledgeable opinion about the merits and difficulties of each property.

Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2010 in Manayunk, Philadelphia, PA.
Zeta is an assured professional and fun to work with. As I live in another city, I counted on her to take over the property and keep me informed. She staged the house beautifully, shoveled the snow, hosted several open houses and even waited for the water company. I highly recommend Zeta.

Met with Zeta today at a property. Very encouraging, upbeat and helpful in viewing the property of my choice and answering my questions.
