Bought a home in 2011.
Zita is a wonderful agent and a lovely person. She really helped us refine our house requirements to ensure we got what we really wanted, as well as understand the appropriate pricing for each area we were interested in. She worked with us diligently over a one year period, and we ended up with our dream house - a house that unbelievably ticked all of our boxes. It had been difficult to find a house that met both my husband and my divergent requirements, which seemed to be mutually exclusive- a light, bright open floor plan with a big yard and mature trees in the neighborhood. Zita called us the day our house came on the market and said this is the one - it has everything. She negotiated really well for us and got it for exactly what we wanted, as well as kept the closing on track throughout. I couldn't have asked for a better person to deal with. Sold a home in 2011.
Zita was fantasic from the very first time we met. She not only gave us suggestions on "staging" our home, she actually started moving furniture herself! She goes above and beyond as a realtor. She was organized and VERY knowledgeable about the neighborhood and area as well as the market. We would recommend Zita to anyone looking to sell or buy a home. Working with Zita was an extremely positive and enjoyable experience. She worked very closely with us to make both the buying and selling process as simple as possible. She was always accessible to answer our questions and help us through every step of the process.
