Helped me rent a Condo home in Woodland Hills, Woodland Hills, CA.
After reviewing the property on Zillow.com, I had called Susanna and talked to her getting in-depth information about the property and location. Her knowledge of the location and interior/exterior of the unit went far beyond what was on the website and that was invaluable. Meeting with Susanna was delightful as her suggestions and ideas about the unit and location helped me make the decision much easier. Susanna's expertise shines with her ability to highlight the unit's qualities and taylor the visit to accommodate what the resident might be looking for. Her use of social media and Zillow to promote property, email forms and contracts, and easy access to contact her through the phone makes her a professional of professionals that is clearly working her hardest to help people into their new home. Very approachable and available whenever I needed help or questions. The best realtor I have worked with in years. Fully understood the process and help coordinate with all the parities involved. Was never pushy about any place. Gave honest opinions which was very helpful.I strongly endorse her.
