the answer is:  $do you want to sign up to be the next bag holder right now?you shouldn't pay 570K, you sure as heck shouldn't pay 600K, and this trajectory is only going down from here.  doubtful they are going to sell it to you at this point for less than they paid a year ago, especially since they think they can add 30K in a down market- so buckle in for a long game of waiting.
