oh, nice danielle. as the fear hasn't even begun to set in, i think Mr. Buffett would be adverse to quoting him while making seriously stupid financial decisions. but please, let us know how YOUR brave housing purchases are performing.
whoever wrote the article decided to not really focus on the continuing price drops that Peltier expects and instead aims to make the whole situation going forward sound rosy! "As the market normalizes, Peltier believes stability will return and prices and sales numbers will get back to sustainable levels."
I don't have any plans for tonight and really, am kind of over this week and just want to veg out.can anyone offer any awesome movies that i could rent, or other website discussion boards that aregood for potential info and drama all at the same time?
ooh, i like all sorts, i suppose. which is kind of a lie as i tend to avoid the summer blockbuster type and hate new teenybopper "horror", but if someone really had good things to say about something in those categories i would be willing to check it out. otherwise! indie type flicks, thrillers, horror movies not aimed at sixteen year olds, oldies, comedy, weirdo arty movies, sci fi, drama, pretty in pink type stuff.. etc etc
ha Debts! i hate wine glasses, so i always used to use little jelly jar glasses. now i have thestemless wine glasses tho, and roll much classier these days.
i'll do an internet search for some sort of Doppelganger movie- the subject matter alone sounds creepy! i've seen the others you suggested- but haven't seen Breaking the Waves or That's the Way I Like It. Added to the Netflix list!
i've heard about Into the Wild- that could definitely be worth a watch., thanks! ooh, i've seen Dancer and Reflecting Skin, the first left me bawling openly in the theatre, and the second made me feel weird for days. Both excellent and any more suggestions along those lines are way welcome.
"The real price bottom will happen in early 2013 or so."
