oh wow, karen-  did you read the page that you linked us to?  and you say you're an agent?  that guy isn't your biggest fan.  very open minded of you to post that for us. 

if i look at your listing once and am not interested, it becomes old right then and there.  if your house seems to have potential, but you are way overpriced, i may check back later, but your listing might be so far back on the MLS listing by then  that there is no way i would just happen across it to give it another chance.

alrighty, i went on some sort of spree at the movie rental store.  i got a) the Abandoned  b) Battlestar Galactica disc one season two,   and c) P.S i love you.       handing over choice C)  to the clerk made me feel just like i did the one time i rented a porno from a video store -  slightly embarrassed but all defiant at the same time!   thanks guys!  time for the wine.

ceeps is only here to passively-aggressively criticize whomever she can. you can just see the waving finger and hear the tsk tsk.... ceeps is totally the busybody old lady at the end of the block making notes of how many times you come home after ten o'clock and judging your family for not showing up to the block party.

it JUST opened. if it is at a discount theatre, then that means they paid full price to book the film in hopes that a billion people will see it and also buy a lot of concessions.

yay, klarek! i haven't seen it yet, and i hate the thought of total and complete Indie CGI, but big money studios aren't making them any other way anymore. i already don't go see a lot of movies these days, but my childhood obligates me to see the new Indiana Jones. (i was born in 1974)

i've been the buyer that walked after a bad inspection- not once, but twice. both times, i really wanted the house, was excited about the purchase, but the inspection revealed things that were either extremely expensive to fix, or extremely expensive and also pointed to other problems that would require further inspection by specialists. i'm not in a position to be able to fix these things immediately and want a house that is mostly problem free for a while. this doesn't make me dishonest in any way.
