Bought a home in 2013.
Adam Littman was a pleasure to work with. Whenever he sent us a list of homes or took us out to look at homes in person, it was obvious that he truly listened to our wants and needs as homebuyers. Adam also provided honest input and didn't want to rush the process. He was dedicated to finding us the perfect home, which he did! Adam is professional, great at communicating, and trustworthy. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants a relator who cares about his customer.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Rock Island, IL.
My experience with Adam was second hand. He assisted a relative of mine in listing a house she recieved in an inheritance. He was promp with his communications and recommendations. His help was invaluable at that difficult time. I would recommend Adam to anyone seeking to buy or sell real estate.

Adam Littman is a professional business man and a person who cares about what a customer needs. I have managed a Verizon store for seven years and have know Adam for about that long. During my eight year tenure at Verizon Adam has brought business to me as well have I. Every person I've have referred to Adam has had nothing but good things to say.
My personal experience with Adam when I purchased my first home was VERY smooth. He didn't show me a single home that I wouldn't like... He listened to what I was interested in and spent a lot of time negotiating for me and my wife on the house we bought.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in West Des Moines, IA.
Adam Littman is very knowledgeable and wants his client to be extremely satisfied with his expertise in the Real Estate business.
He will go above and beyond to please you.
He is very pleasant, charming and likeable, always making himself available to you. it was a wonderful experience.
He makes you feel secure and confident that you take priority.
He will handle every last detail, he knows the area very well, just tell him what you want and he will find it.
I will definitely, without doubt, work with him again and recommend him to anyone buying or selling, he won't disappoint...

Bought a home in 2012.
Adam did a fantastic job helping us find our house. While house hunting we stumbled across a house. Adam was immediately on the phone and got us into the house. We loved it. Mr. Littman then went straight into negotiation mode and got us the deal we wanted!
