Adam was extremely friendly and courteous from the get-go. He was honest when I asked his opinion while negotiating, in terms of how he felt the sellers would react to my offer. This allowed me to be aggressive while still not putting off the sellers to the point where they wouldn't want to continue. He knew that they wanted to sell quickly but recognized that there was a bottom point for them and was quick to point out when we hit it. Throughout the entire process, Adam guided me to appropriate services such as local banks, contractors, and attorneys, as well as gathering all the necessary documentation from sources like the condominium association. He explained early on that some of the larger national banks may not understand how the condo associations work around there and they may have problems approving the mortgage, which is exactly what happened. So I then wisely followed his advice and used a local bank. He made himself incredibly available, and quickly responded to my onslaught of questions. I would absolutely recommend Adam to anyone else looking to buy a home in the area.
