Sold a home in 2010.
Adam was one of the best agents that we interviewed to sell our home.
He did a wonderful job bringing qualified individuals to show our home to.
Adam sealed the deal during a difficult housing market and we were very pleased with the way that everything was handled. Thank You Adam, job well done!

Bought a home in 2010.
We had a great experience working with Adam. He took us through many properties that were in our price range, but all offered something different so we got a great sense of the market. It was great to see such a variety, we had recently looked at another mountain where the realtor took us through condos that were exactly alike but priced differently due to upgrades, etc. Adam knew a lot about the area and the mountain specifically, and answered all of our questions (and there were a lot).
After the visit we chose one particular condo and made an offer - the process went very smoothly and Adam was a huge help all the way through. When we had the walk-through, Adam was there to answer anything he could and make sure that we were well represented. Throughout the process we had questions about utilities, who to contact for certain services, etc and Adam was always very responsive and accommodating.
We'd recommend Adam to anyone looking to buy or list a property, he was excellent and made the process very easy. Even though our budget was at the low end of the market, he made us feel as important as someone purchasing a $1M property.

Bought a home in 2013.
Adam was amazing to work with. He listened to what I was looking for and delivered on our first appointment. I found a house that was absolutely perfect. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and anyone looking to buy in this area.

Sold a home in 2013.
Adam is the quintessential real estate professional. After spending many years trying to sell our home with other agencies in the month snow area without any success we found Adam. Immediately we knew Adam was head and shoulders above the rest. While others might do this as a hobby or a side job, Adam goes in full force and head first. He uses all the available tools at his disposal to make sure that the home is marketed appropriately via many channels. He consistently consulted with us to determine the best strategy and price point. I highly recommend Adam!!!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $275K in West Dover, VT.
Adam Palmiter was great to work with. He showed us multiple homes for months and months before we purchased something. He was the one who found us our home and continually worked with the seller and us on negotiations. He made buying this home possible and without him we would have never even looked at the property. I recommend him highly.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $275K in West Dover, VT.
Our home was on the market for 2 years prior to listing it with Adam. First, he was able to help us price it correctly and understood the target market for our home. Adam did a professional photo shoot for the MLS listing and was able to match the right buyers for our home. He was also able to negotiate the deal so that both parties were satisfied. I would highly recommend Adam as a listing agent. He is mature beyond his years and extremely professional.

Bought a home in 2011.
Since Palmiter Realty had a number of the listings for homes that we were interested in, we took a chance and called the office without knowing any of the agents. Little did we know how fortunate we were that Adam took our phone call! His responsiveness, knowledge of the market, insight into the many properties we looked at, flexibility and negotiation skills helped us secure a wonderful vacation property. We highly recommend Adam to anyone buying a home in the Dover/Wilmington and surrounding areas.

Sold a home in 2011.
Adam has lived in the area his entire life and he and his parents have extensive knowledge in building and selling realestate . I had my place listed with another office with no luck. I must say that he is agressive and motivated to get the job done. He made several recommondations which I think helped me to sell my Condo in a bad market . I could have given him 5 stars but that is not my MO.
I trust him and was happy with the outcome. By the way I owned my place for 20 years so I think you can trust what I am saying.

Bought a home in 2011.
Adam helped us purchase land for our dream multi-generational home. He has a vast amount of knowledge about the local marketplace which is invaluable to any buyer. He is passionate about this region and helps others want to call it home. He was honest and available throughout the process. I would highly recommend him to anybody purchasing real estate in the Wilmington area.
