Found a tenant for a Single Family home in Tiburon, CA.
I met Dean while visiting an open house near my home. I was not in the market to buy or sell property at that time but was curious about the current market. Dean is very personable and was diligent about keeping in touch. When we were thinking about leasing our home I called Dean and he was a tremendous help.

Sold a Single Family home in 2007 in Tiburon, CA.
My husband and I met Dean by chance while going to a couple open houses in Tiburon in July of 2007. Dean was very honest and told us everything we needed to know about the house. The process to buy it took almost a year but in the meantime Dean was extremely helpful and continued to work with us in taking us to see other properties that could possibly suit our needs. He was very patient, honest and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Dean as a top real estate broker.

I have known Dean Jones for several years. He was the broker when we bought a lot in Belvedere, California.
Dean was very professional, and we enjoyed working with him.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in Mill Valley, CA.
Dean was extremely helpful when selling my father's condo. Timing was important as we were entering the fall and wanted to sell before that. In a difficult market Dean was able to predict the highest sales price possible but without sacrificing timing.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Mill Valley, CA.
My friend and I met Dean Jones for the first time at an open house that he was showing in Mill Valley last November. He immediately welcomed us in and gave us the grand tour. He was very knowledgable and helped us make the decision to buy. From that moment on he was there to help us with all of the miscellaneous forms, inspections and requirements to close the deal. We were very happy with the experience and are now in our new home and couldn't be happier.
I have dealt with many realtors over the years and would rate Dean at the top.
