Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $175K in Midlothian, VA.
Maryann provided EXCEPTIONAL service!! I cannot even imagine a better home buying experience from a realtor standpoint. She was SO responsive at EVERY step in the process, responding within minutes to every inquiry. When scheduling visits to view homes she was very organized coordinating multiple visits with ease. Even though my loan experience was a nightmare ( due to my choice of lenders ), Maryann was always prepared for what the lender would require and again responded to their requests within minutes! Maryann was ALWAYS looking out for my interests at every turn, from negotiating the price, to requesting small repairs needed, to getting the sellers to provide me with a home warranty!!
