Andrea provided us with the most up-to-date information. When it came time to close on the sale, she was right there talking everyone through the finest details. The transaction was smooth guaranteeing that we would feel comfortable using Z'up North Realty, with Andrea as our agent in the future!

Andrea did a very nice job of helping us to acquire our vacation home. We are 600 miles away, and it really helped to have someone "on site" with local knowledge to help us through the whole process.
Andrea is professional, but also friendly and easy to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone needing real estate advice in or around the Babbitt area.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Babbitt, MN.
Adrea impressed us with her flexibility, her knowledge of the local market and her quick responses to our questions. She was extremely helpful in helping us to prepare our home for standing empty for a Winter in Northern Minnesota. This was important to us as we had to move to our new location, miles away, before our home was sold. We depended on her to keep us informed. We left that she was concerned about what was best for us as the sellers as well as what would help the people who might want to buy our house. Andrea pays attention to the details....we would highly recommend her service.

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 in Ely, MN.
Andrea helped me sell my mother's house in Ely. I live in NH, so it was necessary that Andrea be more than just a realtor. She was quick to inform me of events occurring in Ely and responded to my e-mail message in a timely manner.
She did great work with potential buyers and ultimately negotiated an agreement with which we were all comfortable.
My experience with Andrea was professional and positive and I will continue to employ her services in the future, as well as recommend her highly to those interested.

I've known Andrea for pushing 20 years. In this time, she's continued to exude a level or respect and professionalism I would want from any service provider, regardless of the industry.
The high level of character, attention to detail and respect for others that Andrea constantly demonstrates is second to none. I would be hard pressed to find a situation where her genuine compassion for others wouldn't resonate through.

Showed home in 2012 in Rothman, Babbitt, MN 55706.
She is very easy to work with. Nice to have someone who is honest and concerned. She has worked with us for over a year now and continues to keep us in know when a property becomes available.
With all my dealings with realty agents, I would rate here very high on my approval process.
