Sold a Single Family home in 2007 for approximately $650k in Princeton, NJ.

Summary:

Jane Weber is more than a real estate agent, she is professional and for us a trusted adviser. We have worked with Jane on 9 transactions in the past 13 years. She has successfully marketed 4 houses for us, helping us stage them so that they sold quickly and for 2 of them there were multiple offers for more than the asking price. She has a sense of what the market is interested in and what appeals to buyers.

Jane also helped us to quickly identify houses that met our needs and lifestyle. She even provided us with a list of reputable contractors to choose from for work we wanted done. Any of the contractors we called were skilled and reasonably priced. We highly recommend Jane and have never worked with a real estate agent that is so through and competent.

I must also mention that every transaction Jane has handled for us, whether buying or selling has been without incident. With Jane we have purchased 5 houses and sold 4 houses in Princeton. We would not consider working with any another agent.…More Less
