My decision to sell my home of 38 years was an emotional one. Doug was with me every step of the way. He took fabulous pictures of my house and once my house was on the market it was sold in one weekend for more than the asking price. Doug was always available to me when I needed to speak to him. There was some work to be done before the sale went through and Doug arranged that and oversaw all the details. He has a wonderful way with people and since I owned a multi-family house he had to deal with 2 sets of tenants who were understandably upset that I was selling the house. He was very good with them keeping them informed of when he would be bringing people through their apartments and any other details that they needed to know. He arranged everything for me and was there to listen when I would get emotional about one thing or another. He knows the market and he was a great negotiator during the entire process. The sale was completed and he is still there for me to answer any concerns that I have. I can't say enough good things about Doug and would highly recommend him to anyone who is thinking about buying or selling a property.

Doug was wonderful to work with. The process of purchasing a home can be overwhelming, but Doug was there for us every step of the way. We will definitely contact Doug again if we decide to sell our home.

Sold a Condo home in 2014 in Lynn, MA.

After having a negative experience with with a different agent in the past, I was hesitant to want to deal with another one but i was very glad that I found Doug to list my property. My listing would be a short-sale, so when I first met with Doug he had come prepared with all the information about my condo and what he thought would be a good list price. He thoroughly explained how the short sale process would work and set my expectations that it maybe a long process. After signing all the paperwork, he quickly had professional photographs taken and the property listed. Within 18 days he had an offer on my property. During the short sale approval process, Doug worked with a great attorney and they were both very responsive and kept me up to date throughout the long, stressful approval process. I would highly recommend Doug and I would use Doug again for any of my future real estate needs.  More Less
