Doug sold our first house in the Mcintire District in Salem. We interviewed a number of very talented agents, but Doug was our clear choice. From the first moment, he put us at ease and was immensely likeable, prepared, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He walked us through the sale process, answered a lot of questions from us, and helped make recommendations on getting the house ready to sell. Doug found us some great new owners that were a perfect match for our home. During the negotiation process he was great at negotiating on our behalf while also making the buyers feel good about the process too. In the run up to closing, Doug was very responsive and proactive, keeping us informed and (politely) reminding us about some upcoming items we needed to deliver for the closing; we're very organized and it was awesome to work with someone so on their game! Bought a home in 2015 in Beverly, MA.

Doug made sure we found the right home...we had two other agents that we fired due to their inability to listen..we had a problem with a short sale and Doug help us find a better "home"...he took all of my questions...I even called him crying...He was so caring and walked us through the whole process with grace and thoughtfulness...he didn't stop until he found us a home in our most desirable location...before you go with another agent I highly recommend you go with this man..realator...I can not say enough...about the quality of service we received...!!!!!!!  More Less

Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $325K in Lynn, MA.

Doug has been a pleasure to work with during the sale of our home. He is proactive in dealing with the many steps involved in selling a home, and reacts and responds quickly to questions or requests. He is always available by email and by phone, and is always on time for meetings and appointments!
