Sold a Condo home in 2014 in Lynn, MA.

After having a negative experience with with a different agent in the past, I was hesitant to want to deal with another one but i was very glad that I found Doug to list my property. My listing would be a short-sale, so when I first met with Doug he had come prepared with all the information about my condo and what he thought would be a good list price. He thoroughly explained how the short sale process would work and set my expectations that it maybe a long process. After signing all the paperwork, he quickly had professional photographs taken and the property listed. Within 18 days he had an offer on my property. During the short sale approval process, Doug worked with a great attorney and they were both very responsive and kept me up to date throughout the long, stressful approval process. I would highly recommend Doug and I would use Doug again for any of my future real estate needs.  More Less

Sold a Condo home in 2015 for approximately $450K in Salem, MA.

Having an unusual property to sell as well as deciding to place our property on the market during the worst winter in recorded history, I wasn't confident that we would be able sell in a timely manor. Lucky for us, we chose to work with Doug! He began marketing our property within days of signing our agreement, held multiple open houses and only showed our home to people who were pre-approved and screened personally by Doug so as not to waste our time. He generated such a large amount of traffic that he was able to sell our home in an incredibly short amount of time, during a snow storm no less, allowing us to move out of state and back to our family. I cannot recommend Doug Morrow enough for his persistence, communication, professionalism and knowledge of his field. He walked us through every single step of the sale getting us our target price on our home. Doug doesn't just say he will work for you, he truly does.  More Less
