Sold a Single Family home in 2014 in Salem, MA.

My wife and I were looking for a home and ended up cold-calling Doug from a list of agents. From that first encounter with him through closing on a home three months later, it became abundantly clear that Doug loves his job. To me, this made all of the difference. His passion for and patience with the work involved meant that my wife and I could stay focused on the goal of buying the right home. Doug calmly and confidently coached us through the process, even when it seemed like we'd never get there! When negotiating, I thought Doug made a great case to support our offer, which I believe, helped bring the seller down in price more timely. Bought a Single Family home in 2014 in Salem, MA.
