Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $250K in Salem, MA.
Communication is the key to a great realtor and Doug Morrow is a master of communication. He got our aging parents home sold after only 6 days on the market.
We counted on Doug to lead us through the entire process and he did.
He is by far the best realtor we have ever worked with.

Bought a home in 2012.
It was a pleasure to work with Doug. He is articulate, professional, responsive, accessible, and knowledgeable. After patiently taking me to a lot of houses that I had picked out, and having a good idea of what I was looking for, he made his first suggestion for house that I should look at. I had passed on this particular house(after looking at the pictures) and begrudgingly agreed. He was spot on with his assessment and much to my delight I bought the house. Thanks Doug :)

Showed home in 2012.
We are not quite ready to put our house on the market but Doug is always there when and if we need him. He never puts pressure on us but responds quickly to all our inquiries. When we are ready, he is the person we will contact as he is one of the most professional, honest and experienced real estate sales people in the area. He has sold a family home for us in the past and the experience was excellent.

After 50 years of being in the same house I knew I wanted to make a transition and had no idea where to begin. Someone suggested Doug to me so I called him to help me with the whole overwhelming process. Doug was very comforting, guided me through each and every step and truly made what I thought was completely overwhelming experience manageable and easy. He assisted me in every aspect from making suggestions to prepare my house for sale, putting me in touch with professionals like painters etc, to spruce up to house and ultimately selling the house quickly which needed to happen. I had the same experience when we found just the right condo for me to purchase. Overall it was great all around, I'm thrilled! I would highly recommend Doug without a second thought. His experience, thoughtfulness and attention to detail made the selling and buying process experience simple and enjoyable. Thanks Doug.

My wife and I loved working with Doug. He went out of his way to make sure that we were satisfied in the process. We had challenges with our mortgage broker at the time and Doug was quick to come up with solutions and help make sure that we were able to buy the house we wanted. When it came to selling our house, he was strategic with the pricing and great at helping us prep our home to make it more marketable.

Doug has been an absolute blessing to deal with! By far, he's one of the most creative Realtors we've ever dealt with. Not only did show us the benefits of purchasing rather than renting, but he also provided attentive service and walked us through the entire process. Bought a home in 2012.
My boyfriend and I were buying our first home. When it came to selecting an agent- we wanted someone who we could trust, someone to put our best interests forward; Doug did just that. We met Doug at the first private showing and he was so personable and bubbly. His sense of humor was just what we needed to venture down the road of the first-time home buying process. His knowledge of real estate, houses, and the north shore is far beyond your thoughts of any agent. He offered amazing advice and was never wrong. He also kept in close contact every step of the way- we never felt alone in the process. I would highly recommend Doug to anyone looking to buy, sell or gain some knowledge in the real estate sector. Even after we purchased our home, Doug kept in close contact asking us various questions about the house and how we are doing. I believe Doug to be more of a friend than a business affiliate or agent. Hope this review helps you in choosing.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $475K in Salem, MA.
Like many people, we set out on our own to look for and purchase a home in Salem. It was far more difficult than we expected it to be. But by good fortune, we met Doug and asked him if he would represent us as buyers. He has been amazing. He took the time to get to know what we were looking for and in time knew better than we did. His knowledge of the North Shore is extraordinary. He consistently gave us good advice, was always available and returned calls promptly, was patient and kind when we were nervous or indecisive, and went above and beyond the "call of duty" to make sure we found the perfect home. We have indeed now found the perfect home, and Doug has proven to also be an expert at all the paperwork and in finalizing all the details. He thinks of EVERYTHING and sees the big picture from everyone's perspective. Doing business with him has been a great pleasure, and we could not recommend him more highly.

Doug recently sold my house on the North Shore. He was responsive, thorough, highly knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. He gave excellent advice on readying the house for sale and helped process each step of the way through the sale. I needed to sell my house in a specific time frame and he was invaluable helping me to do that.

Sold a Multiple Occupancy home in 2012 in Lynn, MA.
Amazing..amazing..nothing but the best realtor I have worked with!! Handled all aspect of selling my home very professionally. Always returned calls/emails almost immediately and answered all my questions. Always kept me informed of next steps in the home selling process. Needless to say my home sold in 2 weeks!!! Unbelieveable, but very true. Thanks Doug!!!!
