Sold a home in 2012.
We recently put our house on the market for the second time in 4 years. We selected Stephanie as our agent because of her glowing reviews online. She met and exceeded our expectations in the first meeting. She is personable, caring and knowledgeable. She helped us navigate what was an extremely difficult situation, a short sale, and made it as painless as possible. On the whole, I was expecting the short sale process to be difficult and fruitless, but Stephanie got our house sold in 4 months. Amazing! She was with us every step of the way, and took the time to explain everything that was happening and everything that was going to happen. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs an agent, she knows the area, the people, and cares about you as a person. My husband and I are lucky to have met her and would definitely use her services again!

Sold a Townhouse home in 2012 for approximately $75K in Ladson, SC.
SOLD!!! Stephanie Davis was wonderful to work with. She is very hard working, diligent, kind, and understanding. We had quite a hard time with our bank on our short sale, but Stephanie was very patient with us and helped us along every step of the way. I would recommend her to anyone in the Lowcountry who is considering a real estate agent. I couldn't imagine anyone else being more helpful. She is unwaveringly focused on the end goal of the client and does whatever needs to be done to make it happen. Thanks a million Stephanie!!!

Sold a Townhouse home in 2011 in Summerville, SC.
Stephanie guided us through the turbulent waters of the short sale of our townhome and was terrific! She was always there when we needed her, being patient with us when we were frustrated, helping us understand the process, being tough when she had to be and supportive, as well. Thanks Stephanie!

Bought a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $125K in Goose Creek, SC.
Stephanie was awesome! She was patient and didn't rush us into anything. She kept us updated with the homes on the market in our area that fit the description we were looking for. She was always available when we had questions and wanted to go see some of the homes. She helped us understand the process once we chose the home we wanted. Once we purchased our home she made sure we understood a few more steps that needed to be taken for taxing purposes. She will be who we go to when we are ready to sell and buy another home.

Bought a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $100K in Goose Creek, SC.
Stephanie was awesome. I contacted her in December of 2007 for the first time and I told her when it came time for me to buy a house she would be the one I contacted. I contacted her in December of 2008 and met up with her to look at a house that I saw, however the client changed his mind on selling the house. In June 2009 I came back to Charleston area and started looking for houses again, she showed me several, but I fell in love with one. She did everything to make sure I got that home. And now it has been over a year and I am still loving my house. She went as far as buying me a door mat with my last name on it for the house after the sale was finished. This was my first home. She is a great person/agent. I give her the highest score you let me but I give her plus a bonus of 2 extra stars. If I ever had to buy another house, she would be the one I would go to.

Bought a home in 2009.
She worked very hard for us. She did not hesitate to show us houses that might have interested us and spend her time with us all day. She spent over a year with us looking for a house and never showed any signs of giving up on us. She will remain our only contact as far as the real estate market is concerned.

Sold a Single Family home in 2008 for approximately $225K in Moncks Corner, SC.
Stephanie goes far beyond what is required. We were first time sellers and she walked us through it from start to finish, as well as helped us with finding our new home. Her patience with us was astounding, and her willingness to show us the same house 5 times before putting an offer in was handled graciously. After such an easy experience with the sale of our previous home and the purchase of this one I've recommended her to several others who have had the same positive results as we did. Stephanie far outshines the rest.

Sold a home in 2013.
Stephanie Davis is a superb realtor for the buying and selling of a home. Her skills in creating a video walk thru of our home and marketing it along with the pictures and descriptions of the house on the MLS listing was instrumental in drawing in the prospective buyers. After selling our home within a week on the market Stephanie stepped up her research skills and knowledge of the area to help us filter the market and find the right home in an area we love. She was with us all the way and got us through any obstacle to get both houses closed.

I found Stephanie Davis quite by accident on the internet while I was looking for a real estate agent to help sell my family home. I had previously had over two years of utter frustration trying to sell this home. I was frustrated not only by complete lack of results but also a complete lack of suggestions and commnucation during the process. I had already tried two different agents and agencies and was losing hope. I felt that I was on my own and no one really cared.
I did not know this simple contact would be the end of my frustration.
Stephanie contacted me and told me that she would go see the home and get back to me. A day or two later she called me after she saw the home, sounded excited to get the opportunity and made several suggestions to help sell the home. I finally believed that I was dealing with a professional.
I was right.
Within two months after stumbling across Stephanie Davis, my home was sold and closed. During these two months we were kept up to date with at least weekly updates and suggestions. She helped in the negotiations, and was instrumental in leading me through the closing process. In short, she was wonderful.
Whenever we need real estate help in the Charleston area again, my choice will be simple. I will call Stephanie.
If you are reading this and considering an agent to assist you in a real estate transaction, I HIGHLY reccomend Stephanie Davis. If you choose someone else; you are just settling for less than the best.

Bought a home in 2012.
We were first-time home buyers moving from Delaware to the Summerville area and found Stephanie on this very site and decided to use her based on great reviews. That was the best decision we could have ever made! She was very patient with us as we only had a few days to come and look at homes, and she gave us her undivided attention while searching all over the area. In the end, we ended up having several issues with our home and with the closing process (none of which were Stephanie's fault, of course), and she was there every step of the way (and then some!) with help, negotiating skills, and a strong will to get all of our problems resolved. I don't think we would have had a positive home buying experience if it weren't for her. We can't recommend her enough!!
