I found Aggie through a listing I was interested in. I live across the country and wanted to buy a decent house for my young grandchildren and their mother, Katie. I got a list of houses I saw online, and Katie had her own ideas about house she would like to see. I believe because of the complexity of the nature of this interaction, Aggie did not have the sufficient patience to be helpful. At once point she said "I need to know who I am working for, you or Katie." Of course, in the end I was the one buying the house so naturally my input carried weight, though Katie needed to be happy with the choice because of living in the house ultimately. Katie took a day off from work to look at the list of houses she provided to Aggie but Aggie cancelled and showed houses to other clients that day and did not notify Katie. We ended up finding another realtor who was able to meet our needs, and Katie and my grandsons are happy to be in their house they moved into about a month ago.
Suzanne! I'm so very glad you found a house that suited both of your needs! Sep 3rd I emailed you that I had not scheduled the showings due to 2 different lists of houses to see. You replied that you understood and that I should use Katie's list. (you carbon copied her on that email). At 9 pm she emailed me the following: Aggie, im sorry i keep changing my mind. But i finally have a decent list now!! please give me a call if u need to. Here is an email I sent Katie (9/4/14 7:40 am) Katie, I'm sorry. I have been emailing Suzanne and I thought she was forwarding them to you. I did not schedule any showings for this morning. I told her that a few days ago...because I was getting 2 different lists from the both of you. Now that she has said that you would be choosing the houses and now that you have defined your list, we can begin again. Nesquehoning is a wonderful town! I'm sure they will enjoy living there! Please forgive me for any undue stress I have caused you.
