He has extensive knowledge about the local real estate market. He is very responsive in replying to/addressing my questions/concerns. He has super follow-up skills and resources, and helped us go through the closing process smoothly.

Ajay was trully there with me all the way during the selling of my first home. Not only did he provide me detailed information about my home versus others in the area, he specialized in the ensuring I understood and was provided the details. From the information packets provided during open houses, to finding buyers by marketing my home allowed for a speedy process in a down turning market.
