Albert did not simply“take the listing” for my property, but through his unique approach in “thinking outside the box,” he completely re-envisioned my home and re-positioned it to compete with the most exclusive high-end Estate Properties in the most desirable locations within San Marino, an exclusive suburb of Los Angeles.
In doing so, Albert was able to transform what would seem to be negative perceptions into positive benefits.
