Bought a Condo home in 2011 for approximately $100K in Cordova-Appling, Cordova, TN.
Albert helped us in purchasing two rental properties in TN area. ( 1 in Arlington, and 1 in Cordova) We would recommend Albert to out of state investors like us. We relied solely on Albert with both purchases in location, condition, rental value, repair and etc. since we reside out of state. Purchases were closed and properties were rented within 30 days.
