    Bought a Single Family home in 2008 for approximately $200K in Citrus Heights, CA.
    I worked with Alex to buy our first home and he was awesome through the whole process. A lot of it was very new for us so his knowledge and expertice was invaluable. Now that we are looking to sell this property, I wouldn't think about enlisting another agent.     Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $225K in Land Park, Sacramento, CA.
    Our friends recommended Alex as he had helped them with their first home along with many families they knew. We were first time buyers and quite nervous with the entire process. Alex was patient and helped us find a house and get the buying process started quickly. I had a ton of questions and Alex was always timely in his responses and answers.     Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $350K in Land Park, Sacramento, CA.
    Alex is extremely attentive/responsive and help us all the way through the buying process. We even had some difficulty with our lender and Alex went out of his way to see that our loan went though. I highly recommend Alex and will be using him on future purchases.
