They should definitely not wait a month to list your home. If you end up looking for another agent, I'm backed by the reputation of Keller Williams and would love to help.
There are sites that are marketed toward owners listing their own properties (For Sale By Owner listings or "FSBO"), but those listings get substantially less visibility by buyers than those fully listed with an agent through the local Multiple Listing Service. Many people try to sell their home on their own to save on Realtor commissions, but they quickly learn selling a home can be a huge headache without a professional to assist them in the process. I offer a super low commission rate for "on the fence" FSBO clients, so feel free to contact me if you'd like to look into your options with KW. My best,Alex FrazierKeller Williams Realty Downtown
A - If you're still looking at buying a home in Denver, feel free to contact me. I would love to chat with you and show you some homes. Just in case you were referring to prices and rates for a real estate agent, you'll be glad to know that buyers usually pay nothing to the agent in a transaction - the seller usually pays the commission!Feel free to contact me if you'd like to talk more.Alex FrazierKeller Williams Realty Downtown
Hi there - I hope this reply isn't coming too late, but I just had to respond to give you some great news! There is a program in the Denver Metro Area that can give you a GRANT of 4% down payment assistance with an FHA loan. That means you'll never have to pay it back! You can also get special Fannie Mae Homepath financing on Fannie Mae properties, but there are a limited number of those homes on the market.I would LOVE to work with you and your wife to find your dream home and/or to discuss that down payment assistance program. Feel free to contact me through my profile...no pressure, no cost - just a great friend in real estate :)My best,Alex FrazierKeller Williams Realty Downtown
I would be happy to offer my help with your home search if you need it, but for now let me recommend a great site - hotpads. That's a great site for rentals with an excellent map search. Happy hunting!
I'm with Keller Williams Realty Downtown and I'd love to talk with you about this opportunity. I know lots of young professional types who are looking to buy/move in and to the Denver area, so I think I'd be a great contact for you and you for me! Feel free to contact me through my profile.
If you're managing your own property under the covering of an LLC, you're good - I actually do that for my rental property. But if you're looking to manage other properties, you should definitely check into the guidelines of the Colorado Real Estate Commission because, as David said, I think you may need a RE license. As far as your mortgage goes, this situation shouldn't affect it as long as you continue making your mortgage payments and maintain proper insurance. My best,Alex Frazier
As Jay said, just filter your search to what you're looking for. If you'd like any help in searching for homes, I'm here to help :)My best,Alex Frazier
