Sold a home in 2014.
Alex was able to accomplish the impossible. He was able to sell the house, that my parents purchased in the 1950's. Like all houses in the area, this one had barely survived Superm Storm Sandy. But, after it had been fixed up, Alex knowing the area, and what the value of houses were after 2 storms in 2 years, and with so many houses for sale and in foreclosure, he pulled off a miracle. I would and will recommend Alex and his team to anyone I can.

Alex spent a tremendous amount of time getting to know us and what we were looking for in a home. Every time a new listing that fit our wish list came on the market Alex made sure to get us in there to see it. Alex was patient and supportive for the THREE YEARS it took to help us find our very specific home in a very small geographic area. Sold a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $500K in Long Beach, NY.
Highly recommended! Very professional, knowledgeable. thorough, informative, patient, excellent local knowledge, very personable and always a smile on his face. Promptly returned calls, texts, emails. On-time for appointments.

I had a bumpy ride selling my Long Beach townhouse - as a few days before my scheduled closing; a little storm called Sandy blew thru - voiding my home sale (scheduled to close the following week).

Alex got right back on the horse, restarted the entire sales process from scratch, and found a new buyer within a few short months

A few more high points... . - Many agents are part-timers. Even many full-time agents are unavailable 30-40% of the time. - and it does matter. Alex is a dedicated FULL-TIME agent and then some - generally available seven days a week; 10-12 hours a day. This can greatly compress and expedite the whole sales process; keep active prospects from wandering away, etc. Why hire a part-timer - when you can get full-time ++ service for the same nickel?

- Plays well with others. This may sound like a stupid point, but a single home sale involves dozens of people and hundreds of interactions with brokers, agents, prospects, inspectors, lawyers, title-closers, etc. A lot of moving parts, many potential points of friction, many personal quirks, in a sales process that is often adversarial. Alex smoothly negotiated and navigated through the playing field - getting everyone to the table without ruffling any feathers.

Sold a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $300K in Long Beach, NY.
We did not select a real estate agent blindly. We went to one of Alex’s open houses and noted that he was very knowledgeable about the real estate market in our area.

We were very pleased with Alex’s superior ability to educate us on real estate sales, market our condominium and negotiate the terms of our contract. We were given all the comparative sales in the MLS to assist in determining the asking price of our condo. Alex assisted with rearranging our furniture in order to make the condo more appealing to purchasers. He took excellent photos for the web and created a very professional fact sheet. A brokers’ open followed, with feedback from agents on how we can improve the presentation of the unit and a fair market value. All of these activities, including placing the information into the MLS were accomplished rapidly and efficiently. In addition, Alex, along with his partner, held frequent open houses to maximize exposure to potential purchasers.

After the sale contract on our condo was ratified, we were faced with not having a place to move to. OUCH! Fortunately, Alex kept his ear to the ground and found a new apartment for us to buy quickly with the number of bedrooms we desired and the view we wished for. It took thinking ‘out of the box’ and negotiating to obtain this place, but Alex came through.

Alex is amazing. The home buying process was not as "fun" as we thought.... most of all, he was honest, straight-forward and down to earth. There are so many who do not say what they mean or mean what they say in this process... we appreciate immeasurablly that Alex does.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $725K in Long Beach, NY.
Alex spent approximately 2 years helping us look for a home in Long Beach. He understood what we were looking for and diligently helped us pursue finding the right home. His knowledge of Long Beach was very helpful since we were new to the area.

Once we found the home to purchase, Alex was very helpful during what became a very difficult house purchase in Long Beach. He was always available to us. When Hurricane Sandy hit we were in Europe and had concerns with the condition of the home we were in contract on. Alex spoke with us within a few days and upon our return worked agressively to get us in to see the house. His advice at the time proved helpful. Since purchasing the home we have been in the need for many trades people and Alex has come to the rescue every time with efficient, knowledgeable and more importantly people who show us.
