Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $150k in Duluth, MN.

Summary:

Buying a home in a strange town is tough enough. Dealing with all the red tape of a rental property is even more perplexing. I can't say enough about how well Alicia Lokke guided me through the process and looked out for my interest. As if that wasn't enough, and because I don't live in Duluth, Alicia went over and above anything I could have expected after the sale to help me find new tenants and make the transition go smoothly.
