Bought a home in 2011.Summary:
We bought a house she had listed. We originally bid on it, and the seller didn't like our bid. We didn't have the means to go up on our bid at the time. She ended up being our realtor for about 4-5 months after that letting us look at any house we wanted. We came back and ended up buying that original house. She had a lot of local expertise and knew neighborhoods etc. She had a great personality, and just an overall easy-going demeanor all the while very professional and knowledgeable. Bought a Multi Family home in 2010 for approximately $125k in Cleveland, TN.Summary:
Ms. Hamilton's knowledge of each aspect of the process was perfect. At first, my home purchase seemed straightforward, but because the property was distressed, several obstacles cropped up. Bought a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $175k in Cleveland, TN.Summary:
I approached Alison about helping me find a house after having a less than desirable experience with another listing agent, affiliated with another real estate firm. Alison immediately accepted the challenge and began providing me with listings. She would be available at my convenience in order to show me houses I was interested in viewing. There was never a time Alison was unable or unwilling to arrange a viewing and displayed a high level of knowledge about the local real estate market. Alison also has a large network of associates and related professionals that was proven invaluable when purchasing a home. I would rate my level of service as excellent and Alison proved to be professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and had a willing can-do attitude.
