Bought a home in 2012.
I would highly recommend Allie to anyone looking for a realtor. As a first time homebuyer, it can be a nerve wracking experience but Allie made it all seem effortless. She basically guided us through the entire process and was always available for questions and hand holding when needed. Allie made the entire experience as painless as possible. She definitely gives you the personal touch and I would recommend her without question.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $300K in Ashland, MA.
Allie was very helpful in helping us purchase our first home. After chosing our own lender who later turned into a problem Allie worked with us to find a new lender (who was awesome and ended up saving us over $300 a month compared to our previous lender) and was very helpful and patient through the whole process, which at times was not easy no fault of hers though. I would highly recommend Allie as a realtor. She was helpful, responsive, patient, and knowledable.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $125K in Ashland, MA.
I was very pleased with the level of service and attention we recived. She was even present during the home inspection. Right there with us with her work boots on.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Hudson, MA.
Working with Allie was a wonderful experience. She listened to my needs and then made recommendations that were spot on. It didn't take too long before we found my dream home. Allie was there to guide me through every step on the process. As a first time homebuyer, I had many (many) questions, and Allie was both patient and knowledgable. I can't say enough nice things about working with her. I would recommend her to anybody in the market for a new home!
