    Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $100K in Palm Coast, FL.
    As an absentee owner living in California I was concerned about how I would handle the sale of a property located across the country in Florida. From my initial contact with Rich Kendzior I was immediately put at ease. Conversations, as well as, written communications with Rich showed me that he was in fact an expert in his field. From first contact through the sale and closing, he was there: listening to my concerns, advising appropriate solutions, assisting with the preparation of required documentation, and providing guidance and encouragement throughout the long and tedious process of a short sale.

    Rich was there every step of the way. He was my advocate with the lender as well as the prospective buyers. When things got stalled, Rich would; so to say 'light a fire' under the lender, to keep them moving.

    When prospective buyers had questions or were reconsidering their choice because of the long short sale process, Rich was the calming force. I am certain that because of Rich Kendzior's professionalism and expertise my property was able to be sold, resulting in the successful conclusion of a process that at times seemed endless.

    Bought a home in 2011.
    i went to Rich when i was first looking to purchase a house and if it wasn't for his guidance, knowledge, and experince i would have given up on the house hunt. me being completly confused, Rich helped me through the entire process step by step. when ever i had a question or concern i would give him a call or email and he would always respond in a very timely manner. I owe a HUGE thanks to Rich for helping me find and purchase my first home, from doing walk through's to helping me with the verbage in the contracts to going with me to sign all the paper work.     Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $125K in Palm Coast, FL.
    My son bought a home with the help of Rich in 2010 in Palm Coast, FL. Rich was excellent and helped us out with some issues we experienced along the way. This was not a smooth house hunt due to extreme extenuating circumstances and would likely have not been successful without all Rich's help.     My background consists of a Business Unit Manager in a large Corporate Company for 37 years. (United Technology Corporation) I progressed
    up through the ranks of Supervision and Personnel after completed a (3) year accredited Apprentice Program with United Technologies. During
    this period I held several positions such as Foreman, Personal Advisor for Labor Relations, process Engineering, General Supervisor and then
    the Business Unit Management position which consisted of directing 10 --15 Supervisors with a work force of 500-750 employees.
    During this time I also contracted and built several homes and became very familiar with the building trades from the site work through the
    concrete phase and all aspects of building a home. I bought and sold real estate both in Florida and Connecticut and became very knowledgeable
    on homes in Palm Coast especially in gated communities.

    I joined the Flagler Board of Realtors 4 years ago working with Weichert Realtors then Century 21 100 Realty where I have been working for
    about 3 years. In addition I have been a member of one the Board of Realtor's committees ( The Public Policy Committee) for three years.
    I have developed several unique marketing techniques and have constructed a very user friendly Real Estate web site http://mlsflagler.com which
    makes it very easy to search for properties. Besides being very diversified on the computer by syndicating my web site with several other web sites

    I promote my self through Bill Board Ads, hotel advertisements, newspapers and many other web sites.
    I have developed a Business Plan which is successful with Century 21-100 Really by being one of the top producers and by being very
    knowledgeable to work with many clients on regular Real Estate sales both in Commercial and Residential. My expertise, initiative and
    resilience have closed many short sales and Foreclosures. I work with many lenders to close the short sales in a good time frame.
    My work experience, understanding of home construction and the ability to work with home buyers and sellers makes an excellent mix for
    a Sales Associate to guide customers in the right direction. I also have some very unique ideas to market homes by being computer
    orientated and original. I continue to progress in the real estate business by being aggressive, continuously learning sales techniques and
    eventually progressing to a Real Estate Broker of which I have already passed the classroom phase.
