    Showed home in 2012 in Saint Clair Shores, MI 48080.
    MY OFFER WAS JUST DENIED BY THE BANK BECAUSE THIS AGENT DIDN'T GET THE PAPERWORK IN ON THE HOME I WANTED TO PURCHASE! HE TOOK TWO DAYS TO RESPOND TO MY CALLS. THE PURCHASE AGREEMENT HE FILLED OUT HAD THE INCORRECT ADDRESS, IT WAS OFF BY TWO DIGITS, AND THE WRONG PURCHASE PRICE!!! I HAD TO POINT THIS OUT TO HIM BEFORE SIGNING IT. HE SAID HE WAS SORRY FOR THE MISTAKE AND BLAMED IT ON THE GIRL AT HIS OFFICE. HE SAID HE MADE AN ERROR IN THE PURCHASE PRICE BECAUSE HE WAS EXHAUSTED BECAUSE OF THE HOLIDAY SEASON.??? WHO MAKES A $5000 ERROR LIKE THAT!! WHEN I RECEIVED THE NEW PAPERWORK IT WAS TOO LATE SOMEONE HAD ALREADY PUT AN OFFER ON THE HOME! I WILL NOT EVER BE GOING THROUGH THIS OFFICE AGAIN!!…More Less
