Sold a home in 2010.Summary:
Besides all the normal anxiety associated with selling your house, my agent Mr. Alwin Lee with Help-u-sell really made the process easier than I thought it would be. He was able to help me price my home by showing me all the recent activity in my area. Even though the market conditions are really bad right now, I was able sell my home in good time. Only complaint - People knocked on my door twice for flyers, because we ran out. I called up Alwin and he had more flyers printed. Overall, I would recommend Alwin.…More Less
