Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Richmond, KY.Summary:
This was my first time being in the "market" and I had no experience with the process other than looking for the "right" house. Amanda was able to make the whole process very easy for me as the buyer. Amanda actually found the house I ended up purchasing for me because it wasn't on my preferred list. She explained the process, made sure that we had the correct paperwork filled out correctly and on time, and made recommendations on inspectors and mortgage companies. When I went with my own bank and had problems with their promptness, Amanda worked with the mortgage broker to speed the process up and stayed on her until it was complete. Amanda's knowledge of the area is second to none. She is friendly, helpful and very prompt. If I ever decide to sell my home or buy another piece of real estate there is no doubt she will be the agent that I use.
