    Alex was extremely helpful throughout our search for a home. As first time home buyers we relied on his knowledge and expertise of the home buying process from the beginning of our search all the way to closing. Being new to the area we needed some help finding the right neighborhood for us. Alex listened to what we wanted and found a great home in a location we love.     Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in New Scotland, Albany, NY.

    Sold a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Dunes, Albany, NY.
    Alex is very reliable, honest, and always available to respond to phone calls, emails, and texts day or night, weekday or weekend. I never felt pressured and he had a lot of patience with me. He is someone you will enjoy working with.

Alexander is a life long upstate new yorker and has lived and worked in the Capital Region since 2005. As an executive board member of the Lark Street Business Improvement District, he has worked closely with Center Square residents and business to improve the neighborhood.

    He has extensive experience advising some of New York's most accomplished and influential leaders. In addition to practicing as a real estate broker, Alexander has over a decade of political and government experience negotiating significant legal, economic, and contractual issues.

    Alexander earned a B.A. in Economics from Bucknell University, magna cum laude, and a J.D. from Albany Law School, Senior Editor Albany Law Review.
