01/08/2012 - francicgProperty manage a Single Family home in Bixby Area, Long Beach, CA.
Amy has always pulled through and provided her amazing expertise in managing my properties. She listed my Long Beah house on the rental market and found me a reliable tenant in a little over a week's time. I don't know how quickly she was able to do so because I had a difficult time doing so myself, but she did. That said, with the chaos of finding a tenant in time that was pressing against the end of the month, she kindly guided me and dedicated her wits and knowledge to help me during this transition. She was able to find me a repairman, give me suggestions on how to handle my move in just a matter of 4 days. I had a house full of furniture, etc... and was able to turn around the keys to the new tenant with a quickness. Her understanding and dedication to her work is by far a few of her traits that really make her a great person. I'm glad I have her on my team!!!

Amy is very patient and informative. She has a wonderful disposition, it's always on time. What I like most is her honesty because she will not allow any of her clients to be oversold. When the price is too high, she will tell you honestly by showing you the comparables in the area, so you have the right information in your hands before making the final decision to purchase. Amy is very accomodating in the scheduling of house showings. I would highly recommend her to anybody who is looking for a home in the Southern California area.

10/18/2012 - user5869144Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $750K in Del Rey, Culver City, CA.
This might seem like a fake post because i've given Amy 5 out of 5 stars for all categories mentioned. Well, I'm on my 5th home purchase/sale transaction and decided to seek Amy's assistance for this last sale. Everything from the initial visit, the property assessment, working together to come up with a listing price...everything.. the entire experience was very professional and simply outstanding. Her dedication to her clients is beyond reproach. I honestly don't know how she does it. I felt like I was the only one that existed in her world. Now that's SERVICE!
Thank you Amy for helping me sell my home. Even if you'll be half the "agent" on the buyers side, I'm sure you will be awesome for all these folks trying to find a home to buy.
