For anyone interested in buying a home in Leadville, my husband and I have always referred them to Amy. Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $25K in Norwell, MA.
Amy helped my son & I work thru a short sale in Leadville Colorado.
My son was living in the Leadville home but I live in Mass..
I had so many questions that had to be answered by email/phone and forms to fill out over a long 7 month period.
She was responsive in a a very timely manner , patient with my basic need for simple explanations and very helpful getting the home ready with my son.
