Amy's patience, persistence, and understanding of the local market were invaluable in helping us purchase not one, but two properties in Leadville. She's our go-to person.

Bought a home in 2008.
For anyone interested in buying a home in Leadville, my husband and I have always referred them to Amy. She is very knowledgeable about the properties, and is not the type of realtor whom you feel hides information about the property just to make a sale. We have referred at least three people to her so far.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $25K in Norwell, MA.
Amy helped my son & I work thru a short sale in Leadville Colorado.
My son was living in the Leadville home but I live in Mass..
I had so many questions that had to be answered by email/phone and forms to fill out over a long 7 month period.
She was responsive in a a very timely manner , patient with my basic need for simple explanations and very helpful getting the home ready with my son.
She also recommended a wonderful attorney in her area who helped with legal issues.

Sold a home in 2010.
We really enjoyed working with Amy as we made a successful purchase of a short sale home in Leadville. She is laid back and gives you time and space during the showing and negotiation process. She has continued to be cheerfully helpful to us after the sale. Highly recommended.

Listed, but didn't sell my home in 2011.
Could never reach her. When you call her office, she was never there, and no one would help her or take messages. She would take a week to return our call. Took lots of days off. Only wanted to talk about HUGE price reductions and had no showings or feedback to back up her suggestions. Never showed our home in the entire listing period, and only other agencies showed it at all, not even anyone in her own agency. In this economy, you can't sell houses like that.
