Unfortunately, the timing wasn't right for me to sell my current home or look at buying a new home, and Amy was honest with me about the need to wait until the market is a bit more favorable for my situation. She was extremely responsive and helpful, even though we were not able to work together at this time. Additionally, on a more personal note, she provide much needed words of encouragement after hearing my current situation.
Definitely keeping her contact information on hand and hope to work with her in the near future! She is great!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Carrollton, TX.
As a first time homebuyer, I had numerous questions and Amy exhibited the knowledge, patience, and education to make sure I was comfortable in my decisions. She is one of the most reliable and dependable people I know - and very accessible. Amy is an extremely hard worker and will do what it takes to accomodate your search for the perfect home!

Amy did an excellent job working with my schedule to see properties and giving me feedback on the value/condition of the property as I looked at it. Throughout the process, she provided an excellent and educated opinion when I had questions as a first time homebuyer. She helped me feel confident in my decisions and always supported my goals.

Amy was an absolute pleasure to work with, there was not a single question that she could not answer. Her knowledge and professionalism made our first home purchase simple and extremely satisfying.Amy knows the entire home buying process from beginning to end, she handled the negotiations and sincerely kept our best interest in mind. I needed to buy a house ASAP. She immediately responded me and started working.
Amy took exceptional care of Me and my Wife, we were able to buy a house in only two days.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in North Hi Mount, Fort Worth, TX.
Excellent job! Amy was able to get the house we wanted in the area we wanted at the price we wanted - I couldn't have asked for more. She has continued to to be helpful and responsive well after the closing of our house. I highly recommend her!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Villages of Woodland Springs, Fort Worth, TX.
We started looking for houses on Zillow and never really considered how important having an agent was.... we looked at it as more of a comodity with a negotiable expense because all agents are the same.... we couldn't have been MORE WRONG.... Amy made a very stressful time much easier and handled all the difficulties with our finance company and the seller's agent so that it was never a problem for us. Any time a question came up or expertise was needed, Amy was there. We can't imagine what it would have been like to purchase a house without Amy in our corner.... we really felt that she had our best interest in mind every step of the way. We will never buy or sell another home without her. GREAT expertise and a passion for her clients and the business.

I'm so glad I found Amy. As a first time homebuyer, I didn't know what to do in the house hunting/purchasing process and had so many questions. I found Amy on Zillow and after reading her customers' reviews, I emailed her. She called me the next morning. Amy is very professional and you can tell from the moment you meet her that helping you find a home is her passion, not just her job. Amy is very prompt in replying to our emails/phone calls. She made the whole process much less stressful for us and with her help, just a little over a month we're officially homeowners. She is very resourceful. From mortgage broker, home inspector, pool inspector, to insurance agent, you can ask her for recommendations or shop around yourself. But I found that the agents she recommended gave us the best deal and very pleasant to work with. Amy is truly a gem. I trusted her completely on getting me the best deal and she did. I'm so glad I found her. I can't thank her enough for her help. I would 100% recommend her.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Marine Creek Ranch, Fort Worth, TX.
Amy was such a blessing in the home buying process. She knew the areas we were looking in well and was able to give advice/recommendations throughout the search. Her response to e-mails was lightening quick and she was more than willing to answer any questions we had. When she says e-mail her as many times as you want with any question, she means it! Amy was there every step of the way, made the process as peaceful as this process can be, and was a joy to work with. We recommend her to any buyer, first time or veteran. This is the best agent to work with because she is patient, knowledgeable, and willing to work hard for her clients!
