I think so! If the paint is in bad condition or screaming an aweful color it may be difficult for potential buyers to get past it. And if they do, when they write an offer, probably it will be somewhat based on the memory of the condition of the paint or the loud color. All they will be thinking is how much will it cost to repait?

Once your home is listed there will be "an additional features" area so that the listing agent..if a member..can add the features. also, make them stand out in the comments portion of the ad.

I see this time and time again. Agents are either lazy or want the listing to continue to show so that it appears that they have more listings--perhaps..does a listing need to be removed or just listed as sold?

If your agent that placed your home for sale on Zillow goes in and changes the status to sold it will be removed.

All are good answers. County records, call your local title company and ask them to help, call a realtor and see if they can help, drive by the property--maybe someone will be home, mail them a letter at that address!

I can't completely answer your question but I will say that my daughter attends school in Boston and the transportation is the best in the nation--in my opinion.
