Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2012 in Riverview, FL.
Anthony is a great resource - he is very knowledgeable as well as quick to respond, if he doesn't know the answer he will find it! Not only did he do his very best in a difficult situation - he was courteous and professional even after the deal, checking in to see if there was anything else he could do to assist. I HIGHLY recommended Anthony, he did a great job!

Sold a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $150K in Wesley Chapel, FL.
It has been a pleasure to work with Anthony. He has been my Real Estate agent since 2009 when he helped me to sell my house in Short Sale. Since then he has assisted me and my family on all Real Estate matters, including renting, selling and buying. He always answer my questions in a timely matter and look up for my interests. I am very happy with the overall experience he has provided on this business and I recommend him as a honest and experienced Real Estate agent in the Tampa Bay area.

Sold a home in 2011.
Anthony is top notch. He helped me from start to finish. The market might have been down, but that didn't deter Anthony. He took on the task of selling my condo and sold a lot faster than I had ever dreamed of.
I would highly recommend Anthony if you are looking to buy or sell a home or condo.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $375K in Tampa, FL.
Anthony was great in actually listening to what we wanted. We gave him pretty strict parameters to work with, and he was able to provide us with several great options immediately. He was very responsive any time we needed anything, and even so after the sale and closing was completed. He has still been in contact to make sure everything has gone smoothly for us. Very easy to work with, I would recommend him.

Bought a home in 2012.
Anthony was very helpful in explaining all the steps involved as a first time home buyer. He was able to negotiate and ask for warranties I didn't even know were available. He followed thru with everything in a prompt manner and even continues to answer questions I have a month after closing. His honesty was re-assuring and he made the process of home buying go smoothly. I have already recommended him to my family who plan to move to the area.

Bought a Single Family home in 2006 in Zephyrhills, FL.
Anthony is a professional. He was very informative during my search for a house. He answered all my questions. If he didn't have the answer right away he would look up the information for me and get back to me in a timely matter. I do not have anything negative to say about him. I would definately recommend him to anyone looking to buy a house.
