They are aware of values & home features in the area and cannot be tricked into paying more than what the home is worth.#2 Make sure you are offering a full commission to the cooperating Brokerage.#3 Agent bonuses don't work. If your home is priced according to the market it will sell, if not it won't. 4. Buyers buy on emotion. Make sure your home is properly prepared for sale and is clean, de-cluttered, well lit, & smells good.
