I believe that a successful real estate transaction comes about as a result of clear communication, understanding, and trust between client and agent. The ways to establish such a relationships are by listening, paying attention to my clients' wants and wishes, and employing one of my strongest virtues: Patience & common sense is another cornerstone of my real estate practice. Knowing that about 90% of all buyers begin their search for homes online, so I like to take the time to post extensive photos and descriptions of my listings on my website and in MLS, syndicates them to a variety of real estate portals, then gives them extra exposure through premiere membership in Realtor.com Trulia, Zillow. I also take advantage of social media to market my properties like Facebook, Twitter, my blog, and more. But at the same time I don't overlook the power of print. Because some buyers are still better reached through traditional methods, I use tools such as pocket property cards, fliers with brochure boxes on my homes listed for sale and just listed mailings targeting move up buyer, rentals, etc. whichever pertains to the type of home I have listed. This type of marketing takes my listings to that 10% of the buying public that hasn't gone online. Along with great listening skills and patience, sellers get the benefit of my negotiating skills to get the sale of their home done!
I Have the Inside Experience at Relocation - Why Choose Anyone Else?I also am a valuable source of advice for buyers who are relocating – nationally or internationally – because I can advise them from real life experience. Because my husband is in Marines Corps and has been for over 18 years, 14 of those I have been married to him, relocating became by reality from day one. Having had four children and pets in tow each time. So I personally understand the stresses that come from moving whether it be locally or internationally.
Broad Real Estate Experience
Prior to getting married from 1996 I worked in property management a year and new homes color selection consultant for one year in the State of Florida. After taking some time off from working to have four children and being a full-time stay at home mom, I decided to go back to work in 2004 and become an active Realtor in Onslow County. Here I gained a full understanding of the real estate process. One of the main reasons I choose real estate sales is because I wanted to work with individuals and families . To help make a difference and making a great memory that will last a life time! Real estate sales was the right choice. From becoming a licensed broker in 2004, and owning her own brokerage in mid 2008 to 2010 and joining Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage in the fall of 2010, the journey has been swift and successful. I believe this is due in part to my dedication to my clients, and in part to my thirst for knowledge. I am constantly updating my real estate skills with courses and has earned several designations along the way. I also study and implement the latest technologies to effectively connect and communicate with buyers, and to provide the information they seek. Google Anna Garcia realtor and guess whoa you'll find all over the web!
