Sold a home in 2013.
Anne was wonderful, we could not have made it through this process without her professionalism and knowledge of the market and the process of house buying. She was efficient and avaliable to help us whenever we needed it. I would recommend her highly to anyone trying to sell their house or buy.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in Garland, TX.
Anne did a great job of getting my house listed and having the virtual tour created. I received a letter in the beginning outlining what I could expect; she did not follow through with the weekly contacts and regular feedback from visits. She did keep the fliers stocked in the container in the yard. I felt like she left details out about the closing; for example, she commented while we were waiting for the closing process that she tells her clients that the title company is behind The Silver Fox. She didn't tell me that and I went to the wrong location. I wasn't assured that the closing was even taking place; I confirmed it with the buyer instead of my realtor.…More Less
