Anne Marie was a total lifesaver when it came to purchasing my first home. I was a bit excited about the prospect of buying my first home. Anne Marie showed me a bunch of places in my price range with the ammenities that I requested, and helped me choose the best one for my budget. Once we found the house, We began the paperwork for the short sale. The entire time she kept me apprised of things to look out for, what was happening in the background, and when I should act upon the documentation that came my way. Once it came time to sign, she made sure that I was well represented so I knew what exactly I was getting myself into. I must say the entire experience turned out to be less scary than I originally thought it would be, thanks to her. I would highly recommend her as a Realtor for anyone and I plan on using her again if I ever decide to buy a new house.…More Less
