Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $200K in Spartanburg, SC.
She was amazing! Very knowledgeable! She helped us find the right home for our growing family. Her input and ideas were very appreciated and we were able to finally decide on the best house for us. If you are selling a house, she takes the best photos and will get the job done. Thank you Annette!

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 in Boiling Springs, SC.
Overall, we couldn't have been happier with Annette's services. The item that I didn't rate as 5 stars were because we didn't do much negotiating. I'm sure, based on experience that she's got this covered too!
